Why we are building it

Service companies live with constant changes: a late technician, an urgent customer, a changed scope, a missing note, or an unpaid invoice. Software should reduce the work of keeping those moving parts connected. ServiceCanopy is being designed around those everyday moments.

One connected business

ServiceCanopy is a product initiative of The Web Corner. The product direction connects customers, jobs, technicians, equipment, and financial records so each handoff has a clear owner.

Our starting point

We are beginning with HVAC and plumbing, where dispatch, equipment history, field notes, and payment workflows must work together. Over time, we want the platform to serve larger teams and more trades, but each capability will be verified before it is announced as released.

How we want to work with early customers

A useful pilot starts with honest scope: what is available, what is still being built, who supports the team, how data is handled, and what success looks like. Trust comes from clear expectations and results, not from a large number of logos on a homepage.

What to evaluate first

Start with one familiar service call. Compare the office and field handoffs, ask which steps are working, and identify what would need to be ready before your team could rely on the product.
